Our bitumen storage tanks are designed for storing liquid asphalt cement (Bitumen) and PMA (Polymer Modified Asphalt). They are used mainly at hot mix asphalt plants. They have evolved to a high level of perfection over the many years we have made them.
Our factory-built bitumen tanks are available in a wide variety of sizes. Capacities of our conventional tanks range from 5,000 liters to 50,000 liters.
Two inches of fiberglass insulation is our standard for tanks used to store asphalt cement. Tanks are manufactured in cylindrical or U-shape. All tanks are thoroughly insulated all around.
Customers can opt for a direct heating type or hot oil heated bitumen storage tanks. The indirect heating tanks are supplied with an optional thermic oil heater. The Direct heating tanks are supplied with automatic imported pressure jet burner. As a standard all tanks are supplied with auto thermostatic controls, hot oil circulating systems and jacketed bitumen pump. Our tanks are one of the best asphalt cement (bitumen) storage tanks available in India.
