This is the smallest asphalt plant Everest is manufacturing. The rated output of Drum Mix DM-30 is 20 – 30 tons per hour. The plant can come in various configurations based on your requirements. You can opt for a non-traditional two bin feeder which is mounted on the same chassis as the drying and mixing drum. Or you can opt for a separate three bin arrangement. In both the cases you can also opt for the pollution control unit.
If you want the whole plant on a single chassis, a two bin feeder arrangement works the best. If you do not need pollution control unit, a small 10 Ton Bitumen tank can be mounted on the same chassis as well.
